Go On and Rest: By Charles E. Cooper Jr. lll
It’s okay Momma, go on and rest

You went above and beyond the call of duty and always did your best (Rest)

You are missed I will just treasure this last goodbye kiss while you go on and rest.

PRAYER/ PSALM 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
                               Rest in Heaven.

    Resolution
    For Barbara Taylor
    In loving memory of
“For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I
have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness,
which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also
that love his appearing” (2 Timothy 4:6-8 KJV).
Whereas on, December thirteenth Two Thousand Twenty-three, God in His sovereign wisdom and perfect
will, saw fit to call His beloved daughter Barbara Taylor from a life of labor into His eternal rest.
Whereas, the warriors of The Traveling Intercessor Branches would like to express our love and deepest
condolences to the family and loved ones during this difficult time.
Whereas, Sister Taylor will be remembered for her desire to know Him and the power of His
resurrection. This same desire pulled her deeper into the loving arms of the Savior as her inward
convictions led to her outward confession of salvation. From the five minutes and forty days of
discipleship to her joyous baptism, it was evident that the joy of the Lord was Sister Taylor’s strength.
Whereas, the Traveling Intercessor Branches considered it a pleasure and honor to guide our dear Sister
Taylor on her journey of faith, as she participated in the yearly Bible studies and weekly prayer calls.
Sister Taylor was changed by the power and love of God, and she became like a tree planted by the
rivers of water, who brought forth fruit in her season (Psalm 1:3). Although saddened by her departure,
our hearts will hold onto the sweet memories we have.
We are placed in this world on borrowed time, to do the will of our Father who sent us. And when His
appointed time is come, we must be ready to go home.
“And I said, ‘Oh that I had wings like a dove! For then would I fly away, and be at rest.” Psalm 55:6
Therefore, be it resolved that we pray all who are now in mourning would be blessed by the comfort of
our loving Heavenly Father in whose arms Sister Barbara Taylor now rest: although absent from this
body, she now resides in the presence of the Lord.
Humbly submitted in Faith and Appreciation for the gift of our time with Sister Barbara Taylor on
